“A wonderful rest!”

March 2016

The bed was so comfortable. The room and bathroom were extremely well kept and clean. The whole place had a nice positive energy to it. The staff were extremely helpful, gave me suggestions for local bars and breakfast places. Even though there was no window, it felt cozy and safe. A perfect place to rest after a day of site seeing in London!

Very helpful staff, very clean and location is great.

 February 2016
I have no complaints , I only wish I could have stayed a little longer, I was made to feel welcome. The room was very comfortable and warm. There was tea/coffee and two mouthwatering biscuits. It was cosy with a main light and bedside lamp. It was modern and clean and had everything I needed for a one night stay. I was able to have a lay in bed as check out time was 11am, It was reasonable price for London. I will definately stay there again.

“Brilliant value”

Great location, excellent value for money, very clean and comfortable. Lovely shower, rooms slightly small however not a problem. Could not fault it.

“Great modern hotel in a great location - highly recommended”

The staff were all very helpful & friendly, even let me set up the room to propose to my girlfriend & gave us an upgrade. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean and the shower was great. Exactly what we wanted and great value for money.

“Great find, in good location to explore "old London".”

 February 2016
Exceptionally clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Really appreciated that the house keeper noticed that I drank decaff coffee and left extra sachets. this attention to detail really matters. A great find and would recommend.

“Basic and budget but great value. Very close to borough tube line.

March 2016
Next door to a pub and express supermarket. Close to takeaway. Small and bijoux. Tea and coffee facilities. Good access to WiFi. Secure room. No hairdryer. Lovely comfortable bed. Great for business traveller as more cost effective. No eating facilities or breakfast so you would need to sort out your own eating arrangements. Friendly reception

Value for money

February 2016
Found this hotel to be exactly what I wanted for a short 2 night stay.
No frills but clean with pleasant staff & close to London Bridge where I was working. Borough tube station is just 5-10 mins walk away and Euston can be got to easily on the Northern line.

“short stay in London”

February 2016
I stayed here as I had an interview the next day
The room was very clean and tidy free wifi and tea and coffee making facilities
The couple on reception were very helpful when I need information regarding
taxi services and bus times
Also when I needed an iron and iron board they were prompt in their help
Would definitely stay here again.

“Exceptionally clean and friendly”

February 2016
Stayed here pretty much twice a month for over a year. Always consistent, great staff, very clean rooms. Although small they are perfect for 2/3 nights, good TV channels, kettle, biscuits, little work area. Some rooms can be noisy due to inconsiderate guests. Hard to beat for price, location and friendly staff

“Better stay than expected, would probably stay again on business”

January 2016
I was expecting a very small, compact room on arrival but was pleasantly surprised to find that it was larger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on and the bathroom was nice and big - it was more like a wetroom, with toiletries provided and towels. The shower was nice too, no problems with thermostat or pressure. There was a kettle for tea-coffee making facilties, and a generous supply of biscuits and hot drinks (tea, coffee, decaf coffee, cappucino) which were refilled daily. Staff were very friendly when i needed directions/help. the hotel was approx. 20 mins walk from the nearest tube which i used.

“Excellent Value”

January 2016
This is a well located, no frills hotel at a good price. The staff were excellent, the hotel was clean and the facilities perfectly adequate. I had a single room which was a reasonable size with the all the facilities I needed, including Wi-Fi
The hotel is well located with a Sainsburys Local on one side and a good pub less than 2 walk away in the opposite direction.
It is around a 5 minute walk to Borough tube station.
I will use it again.

“Great Location and So Friendly!”

January 2016

We stayed on New Years Eve. Exceptionally friendly staff who couldn't so enough for us. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the sheets and towels were good quality. As many have said before, the standard rooms are very small, so best to book the next grade up which is a bit bigger. However, we were not going to spend any time in the room, other than sleeping, so it fitted the bill wonderfully. A good price, a good location near to a Tube station, clean, small supermarket next door and friendly helpful staff...what more could you want for a city break?? We will certainly be back!

"Clean, comfortable hotel at very reasonable price"

 February 2016

Booked this as a cheap room for one night in London next to a work meeting venue. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a very professional and good quality hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very clean, finished to a high standard and had everything in it that I needed - small desk, tea/coffee, hairdryer, toiletries, TV, window, hangers, etc. It wasn't big - with a single bed and the same width in space again next to it - but that was all that was needed and it was well laid out. No noise. Breakfast wasn't included but there is a Sainsbury's local just next door, plus there are cafes very nearby. Overall a nice experience for a single person looking for an overnight for work.
